Run Club
 

At Get Fit Today we know that one of the most common exercises people choose to lose weight is jogging.

This is also one of the best ways to increase your cardiovascular fitness which will improve your heart health as well

Every week on a Sunday morning, we offer a coached running session.  Led by one of our running instructors, we will plan the route and lead you around at a pace achievable to everyone

As a member of Get Fit Today, these bespoke running sessions are completely free of charge.  

We will also occasionally meet at different locations around the town to take in some of the beautiful locations such as Sywell country park, Pitsford reservoir, Salcey Forest etc..

We will mix things up sometimes too with a steady run one weekend, followed by some hill training or interval sprints on another Sunday.

This all helps improve your endurance and running strength.
